Materials
Steel
Products and components made of steel, a recycled and 100% recyclable element, are guaranteed to have a material with good tensile strength that can be deformed without breaking. Steel subject to galvanic corrosion is protected with hot-dip galvanizing which produces a protective film on all the surfaces of the product (inside and outside). Since the component is immersed in a (450°C) zinc bath, the steel binds to zinc as a series of layers of alloys with different compositions of the two metals. For this reason, the zinc coating appears“welded” on the surface of the steel, that is, fixed inextricably unlike other anticorrosive treatments, like varnishes. For all the above features, this game line is designed for considerable durability even against acts of vandalism.
Polyethylene
Slide lanes, climbs and game panels are made of colored polyethylene (100% recyclable) which, upon contact with the user, is able to dissipate and isolate from the color. Polyethylene is enriched with Anti-Uv elements, which keep it’s color unchanged over time. It has a high degree of safety by being self-extinguishing.
HPL
The walking surfaces can be made of layered laminate glued with thermosetting resins using a high-pressure process. The main features of the product are high wear and vapor resistance. The upper surface has a non-slip knurled finish.
Impregnated pine
Essence of Nordic pine treated with non-toxic mineral salts in an autoclave, RAL certified, to preserve it from the attack of mold, fungi and rotting process; in accordance with European standards the wood is subjected to a sanding and chamfering treatment at the edges and ends.
Recycled plastic
Elements and articles produced with recycled plastic are long-lasting and unassailable by fungi and bacteria. Recycled plastic is obtained 100% from the recycling of urban plastic waste, which gives the items unalterability, in compliance with the constraints imposed for environmental sustainability. These artifacts do not require any kind of maintenance.
Carply
The walking surfaces can be made with phenolic gluing multilayer with a knurled synthetic surface, excellent for outdoor use in any condition as a non-slip.
Ercules Rope
The nets are made of flexible steel rope with perlon coating that ensures their reach and residence.
Bolting
All the viteria used is stainless steel.

The materials used have marks and certificates of conformity as per current regulations.
